Our parent company, Vantro Systems, LLC, repairs Trovan® LID-500 and GR-250/251 Hand-Held Readers for InfoPET.  The most common LID-500 problem is failure of the reader's NiCad battery to hold a charge, requiring replacement of the battery.  Reader repair details can be found at Reader Repair.
