InfoPET^® Pet Parent Information Query

To view your InfoPET National Pet Registry owner and pet information, please enter your eight character Pet Parent ID (issued by InfoPET when you registered your pet) and your Password (both printed on your pet's Registration Confirmation Letter you received in U.S. Mail).

You must enter the complete eight character Pet Parent ID in the format ABCD1234.

You will find your Pet Parent ID and your Password printed on the Registration Confirmation Letter you received from InfoPET in U.S. Mail.  If your Registration Confirmation Letter does not list a Password, please contact InfoPET to be issued one.

You can use the following Pet Parent ID and Password for sample purposes:

                Pet Parent ID:  JOJA0079

                Password:  1A2B3C4D

Note:  If you haven't yet received your pet's Registration Confirmation Letter in the U.S. Mail (which has your Pet Parent ID assigned by InfoPET), you will be unable to access your pet's information in the InfoPET National Pet Registry Database until you receive your letter.
