InfoPET^® Pet Registry Query - Employee Use Only

To obtain owner and pet information about a microchip or a brass collar tag issued by InfoPET, please type the 10 digit microchip number or the 6 digit collar tag number below:

When entering a Trovan/InfoPET/AKC/HomeAgain microchip number, you must enter the complete 10 digit hexadecimal microchip number (valid characters are 0-9 and A-F, such as 1A2B3C4D5E).  Please remove all dashes, spaces, and invalid characters (such as TR) when entering the microchip number.

When entering a 9 digit AVID microchip number, you must type a "V" at the beginning (such as V123456789).

When entering an ISO microchip number, you must type an "S" at the beginning, followed by the last 9 digits of the 15 digit ISO microchip number.  For example, to search for ISO microchip number 123456789012345:  Type S789012345.

When entering an InfoPET issued brass collar tag number, you must enter the 6 digit number on the tag (begins with a "6", such as 654321).

You can use the following identification numbers for sample purposes:

            Collar Tag Number: 699999
